The first tennis grand slam tournament of the year (Australia Open) has started and if you want live scores, just search for it on Google or Yahoo. Here’s how they compare to each other when a search is done on roger federer (who gave quite a shock to everyone who followed and could potentially lose the game if he had lost the second set to Igor Andreev).

Affiliate Marketing: The End of Ringtones Offer?
Just received an email from Jamster (through CJ) quoting:
Over the past year compliancy rules and regulations in the mobile content market have become more and more strict. This has resulted in countless audits, fines, and affiliate partners links being pulled. Because of the seriousness of the liability involved in affiliate offers for mobile content, Jamster has decided to deactivate the public US offer and pull all links associated with the program. The full scope of legacy compliancy issues and constant policing of the program has hurt the growth potential of this channel and we have been left with little to no options.
This is not the resolution that we have liked to proceed with, but because of the servility of the punishments but certain carriers, we are left with no choice. We greatly appreciate all of the business that our affiliates have sent to the Jamster program over the years and wish all of you the best of luck.

Applying For House Loan Mortgage
Taking out a home loan is one of the most important decisions in life. The following are a few steps you would expect when going through the process of applying for a home loan and up till you really get it (aka the settlement)
- Conditional approval – Your home loan application will be reviewed by your selected bank or lender. You’ll get a call from your Mortgage Broker letting you know the answer. This step sometimes involves an assessment of the property by an independent valuer.
- Formal approval – You’ll get a letter from the lender confirming the loan approval.
- Contract preparation – Your loan contract will be prepared by the lender’s legal team and your legal representative.
- Signing the Contract – Your legal representative should explain the details of the contract with you before you put pen to paper. Once the contract is signed your legal rep should forward it to the lender.
- Settlement – When everyone is happy with the documents, the money is transferred according to your instructions. Settlement is when the transfer is complete.
