The concept ain’t new and had been previously proved successful by Second Life which is a 3D virtual world where users can socialize, connect and create using voice and text chat.

Send A Resignation Letter To Jerry Yang, Yahoo Style
So I bet you know that Yahoo is over with the $42 billion acquisition deal with Microsoft, and Yahoo has officially signed deals to work together with Google in serving ads in some of its network sites. And it looks like management is getting a bit tight in Yahoo, whereby there were some high flyers in Del.ico.us and flickr that has been reported to be leaving Yahoo.
And if you are a Yahoo shareholder, you are probably pissed off with Jerry Yang for not accepting the deal as well.

Get A Job Done Through Microsoft Task Market
Good to see that Microsoft is trying something new in their Microsoft Labs. One of them is this site titled taskmarket which allows people to post task, set price and getting other people to make them an offer.
This kind of outsourcing environment isn’t new, and there are in fact tons of these sites out there such as rentacoder, elance, GAF etc. So what makes taskmarket unique. As far as I can see, nothing.
Taskmarket is still in a “tech preview” state and isn’t final yet. Maybe we will get something extra and a larger following crowd when it’s release to public later? Please comment.
Nokia Buying Symbian
Nokia has announced that it plans to acquire the 52 percent of mobile software specialist Symbian that it does not already own, in a deal valued at approximately 264 million euros. Nokia already owns 48 percent of Symbian, maker of a widely used operating system for mobile phones. It has now extended a cash offer for the Symbian shares not already in its hands at a price of 3.647 euros per share.
