And yet one of my dream of building a network of profitable website has yet to materialize. Yes, I worked hard and I realized now that there are better ways to do things. At least I tried and did my best with the knowledge I have access to that time.

Travel Experience: Great Trip To Manila, Philippines

Before arriving at Philippines, most people told me how unsafe that place is and be careful when I was there. It was totally untrue. I stayed at Alabang and was walking out on the streets at night and find it pretty safe. I’m sure there are slumps and dark areas in certain areas/places, but why would you get near that in the first place?

For far too long, I have always had a mental stamp in my brain, a piece of paper pinned somewhere or a board written with the word FOCUS in big black bold text to remind me that that I should always stay focus while I’m doing something. However, today I’ve come across a phrase which is even more useful and it seems to resonate deeper into my head than a single word “FOCUS” can do to me.

Swollen Thyroid Gland
I woke up this morning feeling a bit of discomfort in my throat and can see from the mirror that the lower part of the larynx seems a little bit swollen then normal so I went to see the doctor. The doctor told me that it’s a swollen thyroid gland and there’s not much he can do until I undergo an ultrasound scan, which I’ll be taking tomorrow. Hopefully it’s not something harmful and that it will go away soon. I’ve heard that some glands (thyroid gland for example) can get swollen if a person is overworked, stressed or tired, which might be the case for me after working like a madman for an oversea project for the past 2.5 week.
