Download New Adwords Editor 7.5.1
Just opened up adwords editor and saw that there’s a new update available. There are a few new features but personally I find that the functionality to download conversion statistics, sort keyword data by multiple columns and the improvement on keyword opportunities (search-based keywords tab especially) to be the most useful updates. Adcenter Desktop Beta Could Not Connect Problem
The adcenter desktop client beta doesn’t work on my new x64 windows vista system, and says that the connection/login credentials are incorrect although they work fine on the web interface. Further research shows that it’s a known issue as reported in the adcenter community forums here and changes are planned for the next release.

Amazon Associates Program Bans Paid Search Traffic

Excel Reporting With MS Query, PivotTables and PivotChart
Excel is really an useful tool and I think I’m just getting started to learn some of its most useful features. Most people (included myself) always thought that complex data are best stored and processed through relational database such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Firebird etc. But apparently you can still run relational queries from data which are stored on excel workbooks and fetch required data using MS Query. This feature itself is pretty useful for me when I’m analyzing large datafeeds from affiliate networks/merchants.
