Watching sports is really the most entertaining thing to do on any ordinary day. Especially competitive sports such as swimming. The recent olympics has allowed us to see some of the world records being slashed over and over again by some of the greatest sportsman and sportswoman of modern time.
Yes, they are talented but lets not forget that they do work hard every day and every year just to get where they are today. If you have some time to spare and just head on to wikipedia to read the achievements of some of the swimming greats, you would probably be amazed at what they were going through since at a young age.
Records are meant to be broken. But it was the journey that got them to the peak that makes people like you and I admire them for their preserverance, hard work and pushing themselves hard to become the kind of person they want to be.
Do you have a personal goal or record that you wish to achieve?
What’s the price that you would pay to get there?

Thanks for the kind words.
I think motivation is a big part in everybody’s life and finding a good motivation factor can make or break a person’s day/month/year/life. That’s why I write about it 🙂

Are you seriously considering that? The first doesn’t sounds healthy at all to me. Imagining having all kind of breast implants freaks me out lol. Go for the second.
