How to enter search query directly into firefox’s address bar and getting search results back from google. By default, firefox uses the “I’m feeling lucky” option to search if you enter a search query to the address bar. What this means is that firefox will, most of the time, redirect you to the page which has the highest search engine ranking for that searched keyword in google.
This default behavior is fine but let’s just say that most people would also want to see other results from google which has that searched keyword as well.
Firefox Address Bar Search
1. Goto Firefox config options by typing about:config at the address bar, then ENTER

3. Double click on it and change the value to http://www.google.com.my/search?q=
4. Click OK and you’re good to go.
