Lunascape markets itself as a browser that handles all 3 major web rendering engines which are Internet Explorer’s Trident, Firefox’s Gecko and Webkit which is used in both Safari and Chrome. Too bad that it doesn’t support Opera though. It’s currently still in version 5 alpha and can be downloaded for free here.
I have tried using it and although it worked perfectly fine for me, I decided to say “no go” to it. I prefer not to use Internet Explorer and Firefox is used only while web development. As for Chrome and Safari, they are more useful individually rather than integrated into a package with other browsers. Most of my browsing are done in Opera anyway except for a few sites which are built for Internet Explorer only (what a fool!)
I’m yet to find a very good reason why I should keep using Lunascape but that’s just me. Please leave a comment if you think otherwise, thanks.
